The information here is also provided in the Tenants Handbook & Information Pack issued at the start of each tenancy.
All Haig Homes tenants received a copy of the new handbook in April 2006.
The information here supersedes any former other information prior to April 2006. In 2011 Haig Homes was de-registered therefore any reference in the following leaflets referring to the Tenant Services Authority are no longer relevant. The leaflets will be updated to reflect this in due course.
