Before applying to Haig Homes for consideration to be accepted on to the waiting list please make sure you are eligible to apply to us for housing. Also, you must apply for local authority housing before applying to us and will need to tell us the outcome.
YOU MUST HAVE AN EX-SERVICE CONNECTION AND BE IN HOUSING NEED.
Please make sure you have read thoroughly our Guide to Tenancy Applications and Property Allocations. This will provide you with a summary of our policy – a full version of the policy is also available.
If, having read the guide, you think you are eligible to apply to us, please download THREE of the following forms: (if you are leaving the Services within the next 6 months, please use the second of the two application forms, for everyone else, please use the first application form)
Fill in the application form, handwritten in black ink and sign it on pages 9 and 12. You do not have to send in any supporting infomration at this stage but please make sure that, if we are able to make an offer of a property, you have all the information requested on the form prepared and accessible. Please send your completed application form by post with a letter including a brief description of your Service record/connection and your housing circumstances to:
